Each home has its own character and feel that can be preserved and even enhanced with a little attention to detail. Or it can be paved over with generic "Orange Box" workmanship and materials. I prefer the former.

Remodeling
Kitchen, bath and basement remodels have all been very collaborative - the client has an idea of what they want and we discuss materials and design options as work progresses. I'm familiar with suppliers and materials that the client often is not and am plugged in to a very capable network of like-minded craftsmen. I aim for a minimum of disruption.

Home Repair
Your house is your biggest investment and needs a tuneup at least as often as your car. Life's too short to live with the quirks that most houses acquire over time. Schedule a few days twice a year to whip your home into shape. The process is easy -
First, make a list.
Second, I'll give a pretty accurate estimate of time over the phone.
Third, we'll schedule the work.
And before you know it, your home will be humming like new.
